Exceptional Service
“I made a reservation to park my car there for 3 weeks in the winter. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that the parking lot had a security fence all around and that there were security cameras on site. I had to use their facilities when I arrived, and the restrooms were very clean. The distance to the airport is a nice short ride. When I returned, I noticed that the Pittsburgh area had a snowstorm, and I didn't have an ice scraper in my car. The driver was very friendly. Not only did he drop me off at my car, but he also helped me put my luggage in it, cleaned my windows, and made sure my car would start before he left. I'm definitely using their parking services again the next time I fly out of Pittsburgh.”

Great winter storm service
“We were traveling when the January 2026 snowstorm hit much of the nation, including Cincinnati. We were very worried about the conditions we'd face upon returning -- brutal cold forecast + over a foot of snow. We hadn't dressed for being out in that weather once back in Cincinnati -- the storm had not been projected when we left home. All our fears were misguided. The shuttle driver was informative, and when he dropped us at our car, we were met by two other FastPark staff members ready to dig and scrape our car our of the ice and snow, clear a path to get out, and jumpstart us if necessary. They were friendly and fast and efficient, getting us on our way quickly without having to do any work really. Fantastic service and attitude! FastPark will be our only long-term parking partner going forward.”

This is 100% the best service that I've ever used. There is not been a time yet when I have walked outside in the van wasn't there. Fantastic Service
“Arrived at airport using Fast Park and realized I didn’t have my drivers license. I was being proactive and put my license with my phone (boarding pass) together in my purse. I took a phone call and didn’t realize my drivers license came out with my phone and ended up on my seat in our car. Got on the bus and was taken to the airport where i realized I didn’t have my DL. I called Fast Park and asked if they could check around our car for my DL. The driver didn’t see it so looked inside the car and saw it on my seat. They came back to the airport to pick me up and take me back to our car to retrieve the DL. Had a bus waiting for us to take me back to the airport. We still had plenty of time and made our flight. This type of customer service is unheard of!!! I am forever grateful for the staff and service received with Fast Park. Thanks so much, RS”
